Lift Breasts With Duct Tape

Duct tape is a quick way to create va-va-voom cleavage!

No longer a secret among fashion models and beauty pageant contestants, using duct tape to lift breasts is a popular, nonsurgical way to lift and enhance your breasts without using a bra. Using this method will allow you the freedom to wear low-cut tops, tube and tank tops and backless dresses.

Instructions

Applying the Tape

1. Clean the skin that you will tape and do not moisturize, apply perfume or deodorant afterward. Prime the area with cotton balls dampened with rubbing alcohol so the tape will stick better. Allow to dry.

2. Cut three to four pieces of duct tape, 12 to 16 inches each, depending on your chest's width and breasts' size. Put adhesive bandages on your nipples (optional). Lean forward slightly to lift your breasts.

3. Apply one end of the tape under your left armpit, lifting and pulling your breasts together in the process. Bring the tape underneath your breasts until you reach your right armpit. Secure the tape by rubbing your hands from end to end.

4. Stand upright and push your breasts together. Take another piece of tape and apply it, starting from the outside of your left breast, crossing the nipples to the outer side of your right breast. Smooth your fingers across it to secure the hold.

5. Take the third piece of tape and apply it above the second for reinforcement. Rub the tape to secure.

Removing the Tape

6. Soak in a warm tub to loosen the tape. Pull the tape off while holding the surrounding skin taut, taking care not to pull the skin.

7. Apply baby oil to rub off the adhesive. Wash the residue off with mild soap and water.

8. Dry the skin and apply moisturizer to soften.
