Use Emerita

Emerita seeks to correct the hormone imbalance that occurs during menopause.

Emerita Pro-Gest is intended for women who are currently experiencing menopause and its symptoms. The cream attempts to control the hormone imbalance that accompanies menopause by supplying a steady stream of progesterone into your bloodstream. Emerita, when used properly, may lessen or eliminate the symptoms of a menopausal hormone imbalance, which include mood swings, insomnia, cramps, fatigue and headaches. You should contact a physician before applying Emerita Pro-Gest to your skin to ensure that the treatment is safe for you to use.

Instructions

1. Mark the first day of your period (first day of bleeding) on a calender. This day will start your one-month Emerita application cycle. During your menstrual cycle, you will abstain from using Emerita. The menstrual cycle starts on the first day of your period, and ends on the seventh day.

2. Apply one quarter teaspoon of Emerita on your body on the eighth day of your monthly application cycle. You will do this twice during the day. Emerita suggests that you apply the cream to either your inner arms, inner thighs, stomach, or chest above the breasts. You must rotate the areas on which you apply the cream to avoid irritation.

3. Wait one hour before touching or washing the area on which you applied the Emerita Pro-Gest cream.

4. Repeat the quarter teaspoon application process through the 21st day of your Emerita application cycle.

5. Increase the amount of Emerita you place on your skin to one half of a teaspoon for days 22 through 28 of the Emerita application cycle. Continue rotating the application area, applying the cream twice daily.

6. Stop using the cream after Day 28, or when you experience the first day of another menstrual cycle. You will restart the Emerita application cycle on the first day of your period.
