Mexico Beach is a small city in Florida located on the Gulf of Mexico. Despite its proximity to the ocean and white sand beaches, Mexico Beach is not as developed as other coastal towns in Florida. It still offers visitors unobstructed views of the water and many opportunities for kayaking, swimming, diving, and fishing. Another advantage of the Mexico Beach area is that is has a number of hotels and motels that offer comfort and amenities at lower rates than hotels in more famous tourist towns.

Port Inn is a small hotel with 21 recently renovated rooms. Guest accommodations are individually decorated and come with free wireless Internet; cable TV; voice mail; and double, queen, or king beds. Ten rooms have views of the bay. Rooms on the first floor open onto the front porch.
Port Inn guests receive complimentary breakfast and daily newspapers. The hotel features a lounge area and bar, laundry facilities, a business center, free bicycle rentals, and a heated pool. Port Inn is located across the street from St. Joseph Bay and three blocks from a new marina that offers waterfront restaurants and charter fishing trips.

Driftwood Inn
Driftwood Inn is a Victorian-style hotel located on the Gulf of Mexico. The hotel has a back deck, barbecue grills, lounge chairs, gazebos, and direct access to the beach. The Driftwood rents rooms in the main hotel building along with cottages and small houses. Guest rooms are individually decorated with their own styles and antiques and come with telephones and color televisions. Houses contain two bedrooms and a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. Cottages have private decks.
The Driftwood Inn has a chapel located on the property. It offers wedding services such as catering, flowers, photography, cakes, and ministerial services.
