Wake Technical Community College is a public two-year community college with campus locations throughout Raleigh, North Carolina. WTCC offers a radiography program that takes about 21 months to complete, according to the school's website. Students that graduate from WTCC's radiography program are eligible to take the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist exam to become a licensed radiographer.
Some of the classes students take in this program include courses in basic anatomy and physiology, radiographic clinical education, radiographic imaging and radiographic physics. Students can also participate in an internship in a clinical setting. Once students complete this program, they earn an Associate of Applied Science degree in radiography.

Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College: Asheville Campus
Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College's Asheville campus is located in western North Carolina in Asheville. AB Tech is a two-year community college that offers an associate degree program in radiography. AB Tech's radiography program is a 75-credit-hour program and is fully accredited. Upon completion of the program, students are eligible to take the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist exam to become licensed, and earn an associate degree in radiography.
