Treat Herniated Breast Tissue Without Implants

Breast size affects self-confidence.

A woman's breast size can often make or break her self-confidence level. From filling out the latest fashion tops and garments to participating in intimate situations, breasts are a noteworthy cause of a woman's head held high. If there is an underlying medical cause such as herniated breast tissue, also known as congenital "tuberous breast tissue" that allows the breast tissue to grow uneven due to dead or weak muscle tissue, know you still have numerous breast development options. If going under the "dreaded knife," often referred to as cosmetic surgery, does not appeal to you, try using these natural, herbal ways to promote breast tissue development.

Instructions

1. Tape measure

Find your current breast size. Using a flexible tape measure, measure each individual breast by placing the tape measure (in inches) on the outside of your breast, and continue to measure across the fullest part of your breast until reaching the stopping point on the opposite side of your breast. Each breast may differ in size, usually about one half cup, which is entirely normal. Refer to the Women's Health Resource in the References section, Wdxcyber.com, for the proper cup measurement of your breasts using your measurements. If your breasts differ in size by one full cup or more, you will truly benefit from natural, herbal breast-enhancement methods.

2. Herbal supplements

Take an herbal breast enhancement supplement with GF compounds. Supplements containing GF compounds act as hormones that stimulate breast tissue development only in the breast and can be taken at any age even if the course of puberty (ages 12 to 21) has come to pass. Herbal supplements with ingredients that are FDA approved are less likely to produce serious side effects and promote additional weight gain.

3. Breast massage

Massage your breasts three to four times weekly. Using your favorite lotion or body oil, massage your breasts using circular and inward-outward strokes across the entire breasts. See Breastarticles.com in the Resources section for an instructional breast massage video clip. Frequent breast massages can increase blood circulation to the lymphatic tissues, increase awareness of breast cancer, promote breast tissue development and relieve pain associated with PMS symptoms.

4. Excercise

Exercise for a bigger bust line. Using your 5-lb. dumbbells and incline bench, you can use two variations of exercises that target the bust line and increase blood circulation to your breast tissue while toning and firming your arms and shoulders. The 5-lb. dumbbells add resistance to each movement, allowing the muscles in the chest to contract and increasing your heart rate, thus increasing the overall blood flow to the exercise's target area. See Breastarticles.com in the Resources section for complete instruction on bust-increasing exercises using dumbbells.
