Applying for jobs can be nerve racking, especially if it is for your "dream job." One field where jobs are growing is the medical field, including medical transcriptionist positions. Medical transcriptionists make sure that all relevant patient data is put into written form, usually electronic. Medical transcriptionists can either work on site or at home. Instructions
1. Go to the Valley Medical Center career opportunities website and click on "careers." The site provides an overview of working at Valley Medical Center.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "career opportunities."
3. Click on "job listings."
4. Select "create a user ID/password." Follow the instructions to create a log in account with Valley Medical Center.
5. After creation of account, select "find jobs." This will take you to another page where you can search jobs at Valley Medical by title, department, location, shift or description keyword. If you know the exact job number you may also supply it.
6. Once you have found the medical transcriptionist position, select it. This will take you to a more in-depth description of the position.
7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select" complete application." This will take you to the actual application.
8. Follow all instructions and provide all information requested on the applications to finish the application process.
