Get Smaller Breasts

The overwhelming majority of women are not satisfied with their cup size-- wishing for bigger and bigger breasts. What you don't hear much about are the women who suffer from back pain and long for those pre-adolescent days where they were able to run without having to wear 2 sports bras because their breasts are too large. Large breasts can be very uncomfortable, but luckily there are a few options for those women who were "over-blessed" with large breasts. Read on to learn get smaller breasts: Does this Spark an idea?

Instructions

1. Exercise! Breasts are made mostly of fat, and normally increase in size as you gain weight. Evaluate your overall health and weight. Are you overweight? If so, start a strict diet and exercise regime to start losing weight and, in turn, start losing weight in your breasts as well. Most women start seeing decreased cup sized almost immediately after a strict diet and workout plan. Focus on cardio to lose weight fast!

2. Wear clothes that will mask a bustier figure. Avoid v-necks, wrap around shirts, or shirts that cling to your breasts. If you wear a button up shirt, make sure they go around your bust with plenty of room to spare to avoid gapping.

3. Splurge and invest in a really good bra. You can't be cheap with your bra's if you have large breasts. Throw your padded bra's away, and stick to bra's that focus on lift. You want to make sure your breasts look lifted and not saggy.

4. As a last resort, consider breast reduction surgery. Remember to research your doctor well and make yourself aware of all the possible risks. If you are truly uncomfortable (physically and mentally) with your breast size, it's important to do something about it. Talk to a physician and see if you are a good candidate for breast reduction surgery.
