Tone And Shape Your Breasts With Exercise

If you stare in the mirror wishing you had been blessed with a more buxom bust, don't feel that breast enlargement is the only option. You don't have to spend a fortune on cosmetic surgery in order to become more shapely. There are exercises you can do that will shape and tone your breasts.

Instructions

1. Purchase an exercise mat and a set of three-pound dumbbells. These are the only pieces of equipment you will need in order to tone your breast muscles. The dumbbells and exercise mat can be found at any exercise equipment store and in most discount retail stores like Wal-Mart or specialty stores like Sports Authority.

2. Stand up straight holding a weight in each hand. Stretch your arms out to your sides and rotate in backwards circles, moving from small circles to larger circles for a total set of 15 repetitions. Ayurvedicure also suggests another standing exercise for breasts that are called wall ups. These are performed by standing approximately two feet from a wall with your face toward the wall. Place your hands against the wall and lean in until your nose almost touches the wall. Next, slowly push yourself off the wall. Repeat this motion 15 times. (See Resources for links.)

3. Lie down on the exercise mat and perform these breast enlargement exercises as suggested by the Enlarge Breast Guide. First, while lying down on the mat, hold one of the weights in each hand and stretch your arms straight out at about shoulder level. Next, raise your arms straight up while keeping your elbows at bent just enough so that the weights meet at your chest. Next, take the weights back to you sides again at shoulder level. Repeat this exercise from 10 to fifteen times. (See Resources for links)

4. Remain lying down with the weights in your hands and bend your knees this time. Extend your arms out to the sides and slowly bring your arms together hold for a second or two and then lower your arms slowly back to the ground. The Enlarge Breast Guide suggests doing this exercise ten to twelve times every other day. (See Resources for links)

5. Join a gym. Most all gyms have what is known as a pec fly machine which is designed to work out the pectoral (breast) muscles. This machine typically is a sit down machine where you pull resistance in toward your body using your arm and breast muscles. If you prefer to exercise without a machine, make sure that you use proper form by sitting in a chair and then holding the dumbbells up in the air and pushing your arms away from your body. Then, you return your arms to the starting position and repeat ten to fifteen times.
