Push Ups


The push up is one of the most basic gym class exercises. It's also an exercise that can help tone, shape and firm a woman's breasts. Lay flat on the ground with your legs together and your hands flat on the ground at shoulder level. Push yourself up while keeping your knees locked and back straight. Then lower yourself down till you almost touch the ground before pushing yourself up again. These basic exercises help firm the chest muscle, and they stimulate the breast tissue in the process.


Pectoral Press


Another exercise that can help enhance your breast tissue is the pectoral press. You'll need two five pound hand weights for this exercise. Stand with your shoulders back, feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent and the weights in your hands at your sides. Press your elbows against your sides and raise your hands up, holding the weights. Slowly press your forearms, wrists and hands together and then pull them apart. You should feel the strain in your pectoral muscles and in your stomach and core as you move the weights.


Palm Pushes


Palm pushes are an easy, no hassle exercise that you can do to enhance your breast tissue. You simply stand straight up, feet shoulder width apart with your shoulders back and chest out. Keep your elbows at your sides and place your palms together in front of your breasts. Press your palms together hard. You should feel the strain in your pectorals, shoulders and arms. Hold this press for 5 seconds, and then let it go limp. Then start it again. As with other exercises you should do palm pushes in sets that suit your strength and endurance.
