Creating a card for Cancer Care is pretty easy
When you create a card for Cancer Care, your proceeds will go to Marie Curie nurses who go house to house caring for terminally ill cancer patients. How you make the card is entirelly up to you. Once you donate the card, it will be sold in stores and the proceeds will help the cancer patients. Supporting a good cause couldn't get much easier.
Instructions
1. Go to your local crafts store and get the supplies you want to make your card. There are no rules on make the card, so the supplies you choose are entirelly up to you. Don't make the card too large however, as it will need to fit inside of a designated mailing bag.
2. Go to your local Do Crafts store and get the free Marie Curie mailing bag. To find your local Do Crafts store, you can go to their Website and search for one in your area. You can even order supplies online if you'd like.
3. Create your card however you would like. You just have to leave the inside blank. You can use glitter, fabric, stencils, cut outs, pictures or anything else you can think of. Make sure the card will fit into the mailing bag and it won't fall apart during shipping.
4. Slide your card into the mailing bag with the design facing the front. Slide your envelope behind the card. The address where you will have to mail the bag is on the back of the bag. You can make as many cards as you would like, but you can only place one card inside a single bag. You can place multiple bags inside a single package when you want to mail them however.
5. Write down the address on your package and mail your cards. Each card will be sold in Marie Curie stores and all proceeds will go to the Marie Curie nurses.
