Free Chiropractic Continuing Education

Chiropractors are required to complete continuing education.

Continuing education is an important part of the medical field; chiropractic care is no different. While requirements vary by states and councils, almost all mandate a certain level of continuing education, generally 12 to 24 continuing education credit hours every two years.

Continuing Education Credit Hours

Free continuing education is one thing. Gaining CE credit is another. CE credit is provided to fulfill requirements for state and board certifications.

Online Continuing Education

Many organizations that offer online continuing education in chiropractic care allow students to take one course free or may provide a free course without offering the accompanying continuing education credit hours.

Chiropractoric Podcasts

Some free audio podcasts are available from Southern California University of Health Sciences; they are informative but do not provide CE credit.

Organization-Based Continuing Education

Several chiropractic colleges offer free CE credit for courses offered to members of their alumni associations. Some states also have associations that, while they require joining fees, then offer free CE credit classes as part of the original fee.
