Clothing Assistance Program
For 3 decades, the 15th District PTA's Clothing Assistance Program continues to be supplying used and new clothing to desperate children who attend Jefferson County Public Schools. Each child receives one free uniform, in addition to limitless used uniforms or any other clothing for that child's whole family. Randolph Charitable Foundation Corporation.
Established in 1993, the Alma Randolph Charitable Foundation provides to school clothes for disadvantaged children residing in Owensboro-Daviess County, Kentucky. Within the first fifteen years of operation, the building blocks elevated 1000's of dollars to supply clothes for more than 10,400 disadvantaged children. If selected to have fun playing the annual To School project, children known by destitute animal shelters, youth centers, and city schools, receive a voucher to purchase new school clothing and footwear. This project is funded through donations and foundation fundraising.

Hopkins County Assistance Center
Parents overcome with the cost of to school clothes, will get the help of the Hopkins County Assistance Center's To School Program. To supply to school clothes for thus many children, Executive Director, Bobbi Ann Wilcox, begins requesting donations in the year. Starting delivering out a bulk mass of mail to people and companies through the community in April requesting financial donations for that To School Program, stated Wilcox. Wilcox also requested donations on Facebook, and received $7,000. Donations in 2010 totaled over $15,000. These funds are utilized to purchase fresh clothes for kids who pre-registered for that program. Each pre-registered child receives five new clothes, which include a set of pants or shorts, a blouse or shirt, five new pairs all of under garments and socks, and two lightly used footwear, when the child's shoe dimensions are available.
