Medical office staff members preform an array of secretarial, clerical, clinical and customer-related duties in order to assist the office's physician and provide outstanding patient care.


Types


Although medical office staff varies from practice to practice, typical staff teams are made up of receptionists or secretaries, medical billers and coders, transcriptionists, medical assistants and office managers.


Duties
