Radiography schools teach students to work with imaging machines.
Radiography schools teach students become X-ray technicians, radiology technicians or radiographers. Common duties of these technical positions include performing imaging procedures and explaining imaging procedures to patients. These positions require operating advanced medical equipment, developing X-ray film, repairing equipment, keeping records and following safety procedures. Michigan is home to radiography schools and programs that provide students with the training they need to be successful in the field.
