They are also inexpensive, making it affordable to make hundreds for use at special events such as fundraisers or health fairs. Pin on a pink ribbon, and help save a life.

Instructions

1. Cut a 3-inch long length of ribbon from the spool, angling the ends.

2. Lay the ribbon out horizontally on a flat surface in front of you.

3. Pick up the ribbon, taking the left end of the ribbon into your left hand and the right end of the ribbon into your right hand.

4. Fold the ribbon ends toward one another, folding the ribbon in half.

5. Tuck the right half of the ribbon under the left half allowing the two halves to cross at the center forming the signature "ribbon" look.

6. Dab a tiny dot of glue to the underside of the top ribbon, adhering the two ribbon halves together.

7. Open the safety pin and insert it horizontally across the back of the bottom ribbon where the ribbons meet in back. The pin is now ready to be pinned to your lapel, enhancing breast cancer awareness with every wear.
