Women who work here can save time trying to find time to go to the gym thanks to the on-site fitness center. The most common hourly job at the hospital is that of an acute care staff nurse.

Women may be attracted to working for Children's Healthcare of Atlanta thanks to the hospital's on-site child care. The workforce here is made up of 82 percent women. The hospital awarded employees for referrals during its 100 nurses in 100 days campaign. One of the prizes for a referral was 100 free hours of babysitting.

Registered nurses at the Southern Ohio Medical Center make an average salary of just under $60,000 per year. Thanks to the hospital's 4-percent job growth from 2008 to 2009, more women are getting opportunities to work there. The hospital staff is made up of 82 percent women, and it has an on-site fitness facility.

The Lehigh Valley Hospital & Health Network is a hospital that has added more than 1,000 new employees since 2006. A full 81 percent of the hospital's employees are women. The most common hourly job at the hospital is that of a registered nurse. The average salary for a registered nurse here is about $59,000 per year.
