Use Ultrasonic Technology For Weight Loss

Use Ultrasonic Technology for Weight Loss

There are two types of liposuction that use ultrasound to remove excess fat and they are named according to where the ultrasound is applied. Ultrasound Assisted Liposuction uses ultrasound inside the body and External Ultrasound Assisted Liposuction uses it externally. The following steps will show use ultrasonic technology for weight loss. Does this Spark an idea?

Instructions

1. Use an Ultrasound Assisted Liposuction as the technique of choice for more fibrous areas such as the back, posterior hip and breasts. It frequently also is used on traditional areas such as the abdomen and thighs.

2. Perform an Ultrasound Assisted Liposuction. A specialized cannula is inserted into the body where it produces ultrasonic vibrations that rupture the walls of the fat cells. This liquefies the fat which is then easily removed with a suction-assisted liposuction.

3. Expect an Ultrasound Assisted Liposuction to require more time than traditional liposuction but less than tumescent liposuction. It causes less blood loss, but there may be a slightly greater risk of pockets of a pale-yellow fluid known as seromas that may need to be drained with a needle later.

4. Execute an External Ultrasound Assisted Liposuction. This procedure does not use a cannula and avoids the skin necrosis and seromas that can occur with Ultrasound Assisted Liposuction. It is potentially more comfortable for the patient and causes less blood both operatively and postoperatively. An External Ultrasound Assisted Liposuction also may be used for larger areas and has better access through existing scar tissue.

5. Note that External Ultrasound Assisted Liposuction is a much newer procedure. They are not widely used and their effectiveness has not been evaluated.
