Repair technicians in the lower 10 percentile earned $26,040 annually, over $7,000 less than equipment repairers in the lower 25 percentile. Equipment repairers employed in Hawaii earned an annual mean wage of $56,110, while Maryland paid an annual mean wage of $54,730 in 2010. Medical equipment repairers employed in Connecticut and Minnesota earned an annual mean wage of $54,050 and $54,000, respectively.
