Breast Enhancement Diet

Many pills and fad diets are touted to enlarge a woman's breasts. There are also pumps, creams and other spurious claims that produce no results and leave your wallet lighter. Many women would like to increase their breast size but not have to go through painful surgery. Fortunately, there are many herbs and foods that can enhance breast size without the cost or the risk.

The herbs can be found at natural food stores, nutrition stores and online.

Saw Palmetto

This herb offers a variety of benefits: It increases estrogen levels in menopausal women, shrinks male prostates, and it is used for hair loss prevention in both sexes. However, it has gained popularity as a breast enhancement herb along with its many other purposes. Saw palmetto can be eaten in its berry form or it can be taken as a pill supplement. The latter is most common and palatable, as the saw palmetto berry has a bitter taste.

Fenugreek

Fenugreek is one of the oldest medicinal herbs that hails from the Mediterranean. It contains a synthetic form of estrogen that creates growth in the breast cells and allows water retention. Its hormone precursors also stimulate breast milk production for nursing women. This will automatically increase breast size. Fenugreek is a seed and it can be used in tea, mixed with beverages in powder form or, the most popular, as a pill supplement with the seeds placed inside capsules. Like saw palmetto, it also has a pungent taste.

Flax Seed

Flax seed offers a wide array of health benefits. It is rich in fiber and omega-3 fatty acids for efficient organ functioning. Flax seed is also high in phytochemicals, which help regulate female hormones. The phytoestrogens in this seed promote breast cell growth and cell production. Flax is a grain that can be ingested in many different forms. Whole flax seed can be found at many whole food stores and may be used for making baked goods or fortifying other foods when cooking.

Caution

Many herbs are deemed safe for use and have been used for many centuries. However, some people may have adverse side effects from taking herbs and should consult their doctor before beginning any regimen. No clinical studies have been conducted on any of the aforementioned herbal supplements.
