Heal Wounds On Cats With Vitamin E

Outdoor cats are more prone to wounds.


Outdoor cats can be especially prone to wounds on their skin as they are much more likely to come in contact with things that can hurt them, including confrontations with other cats. If your cat is an outdoor cat it is important to know treat any abrasions or sores the cat can sustain. Vitamin E oil works as an extremely effective remedy for any external wound on your cat due to its healing properties. The oil's antioxidant properties make it an excellent protector and healer of the skin, whether human or feline.


Instructions


1. Use soap and water to clean your cat's wound.


Clean the wound on your cat thoroughly with vegetable-based soap and water.


2. Vitamin E capsules should be pricked open with a pin.


After the wound has been cleaned, prick open 1-3 vitamin E capsules (depending on the size and number of wounds) with a pin and spread the oil liberally over the wound. Massage the oil into the wound if possible.


3. Outdoor cats tend to get in fights with other cats.


Repeat daily until then wound heals, which should be in two to three days.
