Register a Coach Purse
1. Open your the purse and find the label inside. Look for the registration code stamped on a large leather tag. This code will consist of letters and numbers. Write it down on a piece of paper.
2. Go to the Coach website. Sign up for a Coach online account, using your email address and a password. Once you have an account, go to the website and click on Customer Service. Follow instructions for registering your purse. When prompted, input the serial number written inside your purse.
3. Mail your purse in to Coach headquarters if it needs repairs. Coach will repair purses within seven years of purchase, considered to be the natural lifespan of its bags. Repairs are $20 plus shipping costs.
